SuperSeal-M 1 Gallon

$39.99

Non-Gloss Water Based Sealer

SuperSeal Brick-M is a water based Silicone Water Repellent  made of a special hybrid of Silane and Siloxane. SuperSeal-M provides water repellency to porous construction material such as bricks, stone, concrete blocks,  mortar, and grout. It is not suitable for very low-porosity substrates such as polished stone. It will not leave a sheen or "wet" look.

The active ingredients in SuperSeal-M Water Repellent Sealer are a mixture of different-size particles, some larger, some smaller to fill different size voids. This ensures good penetration into porous substrates, resulting in good coverage and durable water repellency. Additionally, the active ingredients in SuperSeal-M Water Repellent can chemically react with the substrate, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Water Beads up fast on substrates treated with SuperSeal-M Water Repellent Sealer. The product's excellent water repellent and fast beading action are immediately apparent. What you will not see is any change in the substrates appearance.

This product offers significant advantages:

  • It can be applied to "Green" concrete once bleed water is gone.
  • Prevent Spalling from salt and freeze/thaw damage.
  • Fast beading action-excellent water repellency.
  • Non-SiH: Easy to store and handle.
  • Low VOC-Supports your regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Water Based-Easy to use and clean up.
  • Will not add a slippery film.

Is this the best waterproof sealant for an exterior older house brick wall?  Appears occasionally gutter is overflowing and pouring down exterior wall causing liming and interior damage. No other source of issue has been identified.

I just tiled and grouted my shower. I tested Super Sealer M on the tile and see no issues. Why shouldn’t I use SS-M on the floor to protect the grout?

SS-M is not designed for tile.

I have a 270 sq foot, 6 month old screened porch.  Is this the best product to use for waterproofing the floor?   A small amount of water comes in during heavy rainfalls and I additionally  want to stainproof the floor to protect it from inadvertent spills.  According to the directions, rolling is recommended for the best effect.  Is this your recommendation?   Thanks!

After I clean off rust stains from irrigation (well water), and apply Super Seal M, will it make it easier to clean off future stains on sidewalks and driveway? If not, what product would you recommend?

Will it work as good as super seal 25. What's the difference

They are completely different products. The SS25 is a wet look and semi-gloss sealer while the SS-M has no change in appearance.

Hi, What would you recommend for our large front concrete porch which is well used. In fact it already has stains-was poured 2 yrs ago and we did not seal it. It is under a roof. We will use the degreaser/cleaner first. Should we use Superseal M.? Or can we use one with a wet look? Does the “wet look” look good on regular concrete? Connie

You cannot use a wet look sealer for plain white concrete. Use the Super Seal-M.

Does this change the appearance of concrete pavers? Is it a wet-look sealer? If so, what sheen does it give (e.g., matte, semi, etc.)?

About 5 years. This is not a top coat sealer and is not designed for a concrete table but exterior concrete. You may still get some water rings. None of our products are designed for a concrete table.

I am planning to use this on a dining room table. Will it need to be revealed, and, if so, how often? We don't want to have to force guests to use coasters at dinner.

Is the super seal M water submersible? Will it work on items like birdbaths that are submersed in water?
