Non-Gloss Water Based Sealer

SuperSeal Brick-M is a water based Silicone Water Repellent  made of a special hybrid of Silane and Siloxane. SuperSeal-M provides water repellency to porous construction material such as bricks, stone, concrete blocks,  mortar, and grout. It is not suitable for very low-porosity substrates such as polished stone. It will not leave a sheen or "wet" look.

The active ingredients in SuperSeal-M Water Repellent Sealer are a mixture of different-size particles, some larger, some smaller to fill different size voids. This ensures good penetration into porous substrates, resulting in good coverage and durable water repellency. Additionally, the active ingredients in SuperSeal-M Water Repellent can chemically react with the substrate, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Water Beads up fast on substrates treated with SuperSeal-M Water Repellent Sealer. The product's excellent water repellent and fast beading action are immediately apparent. What you will not see is any change in the substrates appearance.

This product offers significant advantages:

  • It can be applied to "Green" concrete once bleed water is gone.
  • Prevent Spalling from salt and freeze/thaw damage.
  • Fast beading action-excellent water repellency.
  • Non-SiH: Easy to store and handle.
  • Low VOC-Supports your regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Water Based-Easy to use and clean up.
  • Will not add a slippery film.

I would like to seal a 30 x 50 concrete slab that I had put in my backyard for a basketball court.  The concrete has basketball lines painted on it with a hi-solids polyurethane from Sherwin Williams.  I was told when I seal the concrete to make sure the sealant is compatible.  Would Super Seal M-Water Repellant be compatible with this type of paint?  Thanks!

You cannot use a penetrating sealer like this over paint. We do not have any coatings that will work over paint like this.

Down the road when you need to reapply this sealer do you need to completely strip or just clean and power wash?

This is the brick. Would prefer for product to minimally enhance or not at all. It is standard red brick with a german smear technique consisting of tile thin set.

Hi. I have pavers by Firerock installed for our pool deck. Would either Superseal-M or SB-4000 be good choices and we want to ensure a non-slip finish?

I recently put Thompson’s sealer on my brick. Just found this product. Can I spray super seal M over the Thompson’s or do I need to wait for it to wear off?

No, you cannot apply a sealer over another saealer. It will repel the new sealer's ability to properly soak in.

I have a new concrete foundation that will be backfilled and covered with soil.  I do not want to change appearance, since part of the foundation will be above ground.  What SuperSeal product is best?

That is more of a question for the paint company and if their paint can be applied over a sealer.

The ownership wants something to protect from Chlorine. See pictures from existing pavers. I need something to mitigate it.  Your thoughts?
        • We will reply to your comment shortly
          ConcreteSealerStore · 08/04/2022
No sealer will prevent chlorine pitting fully but it will repel it for the most part.

Hi - I just applied SikaFlex self leveling sealant to fill the joints in my concrete driveway since they were beginning to separate.  If I get Super Seal M on the joints I sealed, will it damage the SikaFlex Material?

      ConcreteSealerStore · 07/12/2022
It will not damage it but it also will probably not penetrate it.
