Non-Gloss Water Based Sealer
SuperSeal Brick-M is a water based Silicone Water Repellent made of a special hybrid of Silane and Siloxane. SuperSeal-M provides water repellency to porous construction material such as bricks, stone, concrete blocks, mortar, and grout. It is not suitable for very low-porosity substrates such as polished stone. It will not leave a sheen or "wet" look.
The active ingredients in SuperSeal-M Water Repellent Sealer are a mixture of different-size particles, some larger, some smaller to fill different size voids. This ensures good penetration into porous substrates, resulting in good coverage and durable water repellency. Additionally, the active ingredients in SuperSeal-M Water Repellent can chemically react with the substrate, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Water Beads up fast on substrates treated with SuperSeal-M Water Repellent Sealer. The product's excellent water repellent and fast beading action are immediately apparent. What you will not see is any change in the substrates appearance.
This product offers significant advantages:
- It can be applied to "Green" concrete once bleed water is gone.
- Prevent Spalling from salt and freeze/thaw damage.
- Fast beading action-excellent water repellency.
- Non-SiH: Easy to store and handle.
- Low VOC-Supports your regulatory compliance efforts.
- Water Based-Easy to use and clean up.
- Will not add a slippery film.

We will reply to your comment shortly· 06/22/2020Would the super seal m be a good product for a pebbled concrete pool deck? Planning on pressure washing first.
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyI’ve seen different recommendations for how high of a pressure to power wash the driveway concrete at. Do you recommend closer to 2,000 psi or 3,000 psi? And is the 40 degree tip the best?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyAnywhere between 2000-3000 is fine. 25 or 40 degree tip.

-
We will reply to your comment shortlyafter applying superseal-M on garage floor to eliminate moisture penetration can i cover with flooring material?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyThat would be more of a question for the flooring material you use and if they say it can go over a sealed floor or not.
-
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyPer the technical sheet for the Super Seal M, it can be applied at a minimum surface/air temperature of 50 degrees. If the sealer is applied during the day at the minimum 50 degree temperature, does it matter what the low temperature is overnight?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyIt can drop below 50 but it should not drop below freezing the first night.

-
We will reply to your comment shortlyToughcrete sealer claims 10 years prior the need to reseal with one coat. Your warranty is 5 years. How similar do expect the actual results to be on a Wisconsin driveway not used in winter months.
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyTheir warranty is a gimmick as nothing lasts 10 years. The Super Seal-M would work just as well or even better.

We will reply to your comment shortlyI need to seal the patio around a salt-water pool. The patio surface has not been sealed for 5 years. There are stains on the concrete. I have read that I can use a acid stain to give the surface a mottled/antique look and then seal. Can I use this sealer over the acid stain? Do you recommend any acid stains?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyNo, not this sealer over an acid stain. You would need a decorative sealer like Super Seal 25 or Super Seal Matte.

-
We will reply to your comment shortlywill this resist automotive fluids ? if so how much would it take for a 30x50 garage ? new concrete how would I clean it first ? thank you

We will reply to your comment shortlyIt would resist deep penetration, making cleaning of spills or oils much easier. Coverage is 200 sq feet per gallon. No need to clean if it is not dirty.

-
We will reply to your comment shortlyWe are sealing pavers that are being placed next to pool edge. We are thinking the Superseal M is the best optio. We also have concrete in the same are and would like to use the same product. The last quetion is we are planning on using a polymer sand as grout. Would this prodct be used to seal that grout as well or should we seal and then add the polymer?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyIf you want to seal without changing or enhancing the appearance, then the SuperSeal-M is the correct product. Concrete sealers will not seal grouts. Does not matter when you use the poly sand. Before or after the sealer.

-
We will reply to your comment shortlyI am using the product around pool area, do I need some type of sand mixed in so will not be slippery when wet?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyThis is a penetrating sealer. It is not possible to add a grip to it nor is there any need.

We will reply to your comment shortlyI get water in my house when it rains hard and the wind is blowing. Will this product help?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyThat would depend on where the water is coming from into the ouse and what your house is actually made of. If concrete it would help prevent from going through the concrete, but if coming through large cracks, a sealer will not work to stop the water.
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyTwo story brick home. No noticeable cracks
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyFor a brick house, look at this product:
https://www.concretesealerstore.com/masonry-saver-defy-vertical-brick-5-gallon.html-
We will reply to your comment shortlyYou mention the MASONRY SAVER (DEFY) VERTICAL BRICK 5 GALLON
$132.60 for a residential brick wall. It lists coverage as this: Sq. Ft. per Gallon:
Brick: 100-150. Is that for one coat? Do you recommend two coats?-
We will reply to your comment shortlyThat is for one coat. Typically only one coat is needed.

-
We will reply to your comment shortlyThis should work for you and does not change the appearance. Never heard of Ardex top dressing though.
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyJust repaired and top dressed 400 sq ft of concrete driveway in Western Pa. Used a Ardex CP to patch and Ardex CD top dressing on 400 sq ft. They said to seal to avoid water penetration and thus freezing in winter. They say use a acrylic material like Ardex Guard they sale. Any concern using your material since not acrylic? Advantages-Disadvantages . Also what is finish as I do not want a glossy finish. Thanks
