Two years ago a contractor pour a patio and used a stamp board, then applied dry power color to the concrete before it dried. Then the next day he washed off the excess powered and then applied Kure and Seal 30 as the sealer. Some of the concrete is starting to show where the color has worn. I want a high gloss wet look. What do you recommend?

I have a stamped concrete patio, brownish color. What would be the best sealant to buy to re-seal it this summer?

If I seal my stamped concrete pool deck with super seal 30. When I seal again in 3 years can I seal over top or does the old sealer have to be removed?

I will probably be okay as long as the sealer is able to penetrate.

Will SuperSeal30 be alright to seal an outdoor concrete dining table that has been dyed and sanded by hand with 220 grit? I will also want to apply a beeswax after sealing?

Hazing can happen form many reasons and typically is from over application or trapped moisture. Typically it is trapped moisture. I would apply a little solvent such as xylene to the affected areas. it should remove the hazing.

After two heavy coats of super seal I am still seeing a little haze. The drive was power washed with a 3000 psi washer and dried for days. I waited about two to three weeks before the second coat was applied. It was june when it was done so temp was good. Could it be a problem with the aggergate or with the sealer or either?

The only way to fix you issue is to remove the failed sealer with a stripper and start over: Concrete Sealer Stripper (Concrete-Sealer-Remover.html)

I am looking to re-seal my stamped concrete patio that was installed a year ago. The color is supposed to be a deep and rich burgundy color but white/gray colors have overtaken many areas. I attempted to re-emulsify that sealant by rolling on two coats of Xylene. When wet, the color is correct but once it dries the white/gray reappears in affected areas. I was under the advice to remove the previous sealer (unknown) by wiping Xylene on the surface with a rag then applying a new sealer. Would the SuperSeal30 gloss permanently darken these spots (color is correct when wet)and be an appropriate fix?

I'm looking to apply a sealer for the first time since the concrete was installed 3 years ago. It was sealed initially. The description of the installation was called a "textured skin". I would like to enhance the highlights of the concrete. Would you recommend this product?

Is there someplace that stocks the Super Seal 30 near Bradenton Florida? We are about 45 minutes south of Tampa on the coast.

The SuperSeal30 is our high gloss sealer. One coat is needed and coverage is 500 sq. feet per pail. You would need 4 pails for the 2000 sq. feet.

Looking for a super wet look product that is easy to apply and can hold up to the desert heat. We have approx 2000sf. of pavers that should be completed in a couple of days. We want to enhance and protect them but do not want to risk ruining them at the same time.

Actually both. It soaks in and slightly films. It is a breathable sealer as well.

I have recently installed concrete pavers and am thinking of sealing with SuperSeal30. I am curious if this is a penetrating sealer or if it forms a film. Thanks.

Acid washing does not work on previously sealed surfaces.

Yes the SuperSeal30 is a great sealer for driveways and will hold up to vehicle traffic.

2 years is normal for driveways. Nothing will last longer.

Clear since it is a solvent based sealer. White is only water based sealers.

Before will help solidify the sand. If rolling the sealer:

    1. Make sure that the sand is down at least a 1/4 inch from the top of the pavers. Lower is better with the sand. Use a leaf blower to get the sand evenly down in the cracks.

    2. Use a yellow "sponge" type roller. These have a tendency to not get as deep in the joint cracks.

    3. Pay attention! If you see sand getting stuck in large clumps on top of the pavers, stop! Easier to fix a small section then the entire driveway.

Sorry guys just want to make sure about re-sanding. Should I re-sand before or after the sealer. My understanding is before and to be sparing with the sand as it doesn't need to come up to the top of the pavers. Thanks for your patience as can only afford to do it once every 2 years and want to make sure.

Yes but a couple of notes:

SuperSeal30 is solvent based not oil based.

Rolling is fine but you do need to be careful with newly installed sand. Rollers can "pull" the sand out of the joints, leaving sand on top of the pavers. You need to be careful that this does not happen.

I have 1300 square feet of paver brick drive way. Its clean with no oil or stains. I propose using super seal 30 high gloss after washing off. Letting it dry completely a day or two. re sanding and apply the superseal 30 high gloss by roller which from my understanding is a oil based solution. I live in central Florida am I on the right track is my question.

Yes the SuperSeal30 will work for your pavers. It darkens the color and leaves a gloss shine. Non-yellowing breathable sealer that it is not prone to turning milky white.

Easiest to apply with a "sponge" type roller. Just dip the roller into the bucket and spread at 100 feet per gallon.

    Thanks!
